GEEKS OF THE WORLD UNITE!!!

As we all know (or should know) there is a transformers movie. That supposed to be released on the July 4th this year. Well the trailers are all out now and I must say, prepare for a thrill ride of a movie. You may say I’m just hyping up the movie but I have good reason to do so. First of all next to the wicked CGI and the list of actors involved, the movie is being directed by Michael Bay and produced by Stephen Spielberg. Dont know who Michael Bay is? Of course you do, you just dont know that you do, he has directed such movie greats as Bad Boys (and bad boys II), Armageddon, Pearl Harbour, The Rock, The island (ok maybe this wasn’t so much a hit at least to me anyway) etc. As you can see by this list, this guy is good (he’s also making a prince of persia movie due next year) which is looking to also be a thriller. All our favourite transformers are to be involved in the movie including Optimus Prime (of course), Megatron (of course), Starscream, Baricade, bumblebee, in yellow mustang form and not Buggy form, the transformers fanatics will realize that this version of him is from a later version of the transformers when he was destroyed and rebuilt and the list goes on. So far the only drawback I have spotted with this film is Tyrese… I just dont think he’s a good actor, my opinion and i’m sticking to it

Its a fairly old movie. I Just finished watching it. And i’m going through some of the scenes on the dvd right now. This flick’ll clarify any misconceptions you had about the raging war that ensued between Microsoft and Macintosh. Will give you some kind of respect for bill gates and a new outlook on the min of Steve jobs. Definatly a geek watch If you dont own it get the dvd. The acting is not horrid the Story isn’t drawn out. The narration is superbly done.

For the geek that intends to go out into the business world there definatly is alot to learn from this people in relation to how you carry your self. How you present your self to your industry opponents, how you operate in the business market to keep afloat and in some sense a philosophical out look on life in general can be pulled from the movie.

One thing i always will remember is the tagline for this movie Good artists create… Great artists steal. with that said it can be noted that piracy is rooted deep within the history of computing it self.

as i said Good movie I’ld give it a 4 out of 5.
