No its not really a situation where google wants to even own the air you breathe, Or to get a chance to peek at your data. So all the conspiracy theorist sit down and shut up.. for now at least. I totally get the idea. Buy off Wireless air wave and offer hi speed broad band services over it. After all in this day and age most mobile devices are wirelessly enabled. Such as laptops, hand held game consoles, pocket pc / pda’s and i could go on and on.

Power to Google on that for trying to keep ups all more connected. However.. on the crazy paranoia side of things why would Google venture into a field like this. Where technically they have no business.. Its open to speculation, I hope that there’s nothing but good intentions.

The bid is set to take place before January 28, 2008 (close to the new transformer cartoon release ). Would be funny if Google took the airwaves over other actually competitors in the wireless communication business such as virizon and att and so on. I’m ready to laugh
