After getting system back up, SMART Diag says EVERYTHING THAT IS POSSIBLE TO BE WRONG is wrong with the disk, and it is generated errors by the minute.

WHILE WE HAD CONVERSATION SMART DIAG SOFTWARE WAS POPPING UP LIKE EVERY 10 SECONDS TO REPORT HD FAILURE RATES INCREASING.
