If you are an avid google user, fanatic or anti google because of fear of google world domination then you probably will know of orkut. Now google acquired orkut from way back, I guess the social networking trend caught their eye. But since then they have done nothing with it and orkut is still a beta. Why a beta i have no idea as beta’s are generally a version of the program released for testing purposes by the users. There is nothing to use. on login all you will see is a message saying

I’m sure you get my drift. Did google make a bad buy when they bought orkut, As you may have guessed based on past posts gone by I am in no way a fan of the social networking sites such as hi5, myspace and now the recently made public facebook.
