So i’m browsing and reading and I see longhorn.. So i check the date to see if i had time travelled with my hiro nakumura abilities because since vista longhorn had long been to the chop block of the minds of many. Apparently long horn is still available for download and apparently legal? at first i figured is it a fork of vista that they figured wwhy not make it free for those who wont buy windows (grab on to the people that turn to linux as an alternative to giving their money to cut throat bill). But apparently Its completely different.
Long horn was scraped in 2004 to allow the rebuild of what we now see as Visata. Longhorn was picked up by the joejoe group and completed to what is now known as longhorn reloaded, it is available for download on quite a few sites here’s a torrent link. After doing some digging though i realized that the joejoe group is infact breaching microsofts EULA which states that the source code should not be tampered with or distributed/redistrubted in anyway shape or form (of course not its not opensource joe). Lets see how long this will be free for, And if it will affect vista sales. And how heavy the foot of microsoft will be when it comes stomping down.
P.S here is the serial for activating Longhorn Reloaded TCP8W-T8PQJ-WWRRH-QH76C-99FBW. As for windows updates I’ld say its a stupid question to ask if those are available but then I’m not sure how far the joejoe group has gone with this thing As it is possible with vista (cracked) to get windows updates but i wouldn’t know much about that as i dread the idea of windows on my computerss or any that i affiliate with
